The practice of conferring on Golden Awards was revived by FPBAI for members who have been in the trade of publishing for 50 years and above. During the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2016, while bestowing on the Awards, citation for each awardees was read out by Mr. S. C. Sethi, the details of the Awards conferred are as follows

The Vijayawada Book Festival Society (VBFS) organized a meeting on ‘200 years of printing and publishing industry’.
